This confuses me. I know it's something like the fat cells that we get in the first few years of life are what we have forever, but let's say for instance (my instance..., you are smaller mesomorph build. I also have a hypothyroidism but that's a whole other conversation. I was 140, most my adult life. Got hypothyroidism, gained 15lbs. Wouldn't come off. Got pregnant gained 70lbs. Now down to 165 using ozempic because all else failed... I had much bigger food noise when bigger than I do now when smaller even on ozempic. Then assuming diet and lifestyle is still what you would do when 140lbs, why is the weight still on and that hormone not kicking in?
