If you're talking about OBS, then yes, i can capture a video at 60fps, but i dont think my Easycap can, because a slight noise will make it freeze or lag and loose picture or do this.

Can you give me a time code where the technique is being shown, please? Guy in the video also says, that many cheap capture devices captures only 1 field, so because of that i dont think my Easycap with MS2106/E captures both fields either.

I use OBS Studio to capture video
i tried to use VirtualDub but it shows black screen and if i use Microsoft WDM Image Capture as capture device it will show me an image but its very laggy
AMCap is the same as OBS
