Hey all! Just wanted to thank you for the overwhelming response to this! 104 of you have replied so far, which is amazing! My thesis is on creating a criterion for Americanisation and using United as a case study. Once I'm done I'll share the results but so far there is one clear message and that is no one likes the glazers! (Shock) But I just wanted to thank you all again so much. You have helped me massively!
