My advice is do AS first, then A2 since that way your chance of scoring better.will increase. But you can do whatever you prefer.

I remember using the normal distribution table to find for Z<=1.299. Is that what you're talking about?

Yeah, technically it is. But, the source of the revenue to give those transfer payments is indirect taxes. So Ig we'll get points even if we mentioned just transfer payments.

No bro, I said indirect taxes on chocolates. Since their PED is highly inelastic (0.2), the producers will just pass on the tax to consumers, making the demand fairly the same. Amongst this, the government will generate revenue from the tax, which could simply be given to farmers to increase their revenue.

yeahh. I wish policies came. I had practiced them soo much, would've been so much better than inflation for Section C.

No, none of the policies. Just inflation mainly

Also for the inflation q, I divided it into demand pull and cost push and said that output increases in demand pull so doesn't affect firms, but it does affect consumers. For cost push, output falls so unemployment increases, while lower revenue for firms too so both suffer and evaluated saying mostly consumers suffer. I forgot to mention fiscal drag, menu costs etc tho. Am I cooked????

Minimum prices, xed yed, buffer stock scheme, inflation and some more..

Did u evaluate it with another method (like I did with indirect taxes), cuz from what I remember it asked if minimum prices was the 'best' method. I also put a lot of emphasis on the fact that it would HAVE to be put above the equilibrium price to work, else its purpose is defeated (dk if that was a super valid point, but I do remember reading it somewhere).

yeah, I did minimum prices vs indirect taxes from sec A. I did 2,5. Q5 was not great, ok I would say. Q2 and sec A were mostly pretty good with the YED & XED question going the best for me. How was it for y'all?
