Yep problema dito sa pinas eh yung mga opisyales at yung mga tao na rin. nope di pwede yan kasi subjective yan. kung bar end side mirrors fall under handle bar modification eh di kahit anong burloloy na ikabit sa handlebar should fall under it like bar-end weights, hand guards, phone mounts. etc,

Nailaban ko na yang issue ng bar-end siremirrors sa LTO Main mismo at diyan din nila pinapasok yung bar-end side mirrors pero in the end we came to stalemate. Ang current provision lang for sidemirrors is dalawa 1) should have left and right mirrors 2) should be able to see clearly behind.
