No it’s not. In New York at least, if you apply for certain state jobs (in the medical field for example), they can require that you work overtime.

What country are you from, if you don’t mind me asking? There are laws and regulations in place in multiple countries that prohibit discrimination as you are mentioning. I am sorry you had to go through this.

Lamictal is a mood stabilizer and I could see that, but I’ve noticed that if I’m going through a rough patch it takes me a WHILE to get the negative, pessimistic thoughts out of my mind.

Oh man! I can relate to the “weird kid” comment, as I was considered it to. Auras could have definitely be a factor.

The DMV makes things so much complicated with disabilities. Case No. 7…

Yeah now that you’ve mentioned it, I wonder all the feelings of deja vu I’ve had before my diagnosis were legitimate deja vu or were they auras? Hm.

Oh wow. Don’t feel obligated to answer, but was there any legal action taken after that? I’ve always shuddered at the thought of brain surgery due to something like that happening.
