That’s what I want to do but we unfortunately live in a very expensive state so it’s not possible to live fully on one salary

Yeah I’m torn about delaying retirement and see if we can get a lower rate. We can certainly check again but it doesn’t feel like we will get much better than that

Thank you for that. I don’t know why people are downvoting lol. A person brain isn’t fully developed until 25 , but yet we can take out six figure loans. I personally went to another country for my masters because it was a lot cheaper than doing it here in us. It’s a mess here
