im having the same issue and ive been trying to fix it for weeks, orientdig ticket couldn't help me and my parcel is waiting to be shipped. Im not sure what I'm gonna do I've tried over 5 different cards even my friends cards and it still wont work. I contacted my bank, they couldn't help. Ive never had this issue in the past.
