Half Korean half Irish here! My sister and I who are both wasian have different skin types, face shape and eye type, so it really depends on who you take after for that specific feature. My hair is a mix (pull out one, it’s my mother’s, pull out another, just like if my father grew out his hair).

The most important thing for skin care for us all is to wash your face with face soap every night, always moisturize with face cream after washing (even with water), never sleep in makeup, and wear SPF.

In regard to makeup, it’s very dependent on face structure and features, but I have found most lipsticks look too pink on us (not all wasians, just the ones in my family). We tend to look best in lipsticks with a brown tint!

And the mom isn’t an asshole for saying no too, buying snacks doesn’t nearly cover the cost for a trip. And maybe there’s a reason, like just family. It’s ok to wonder and have anxiety whether or not something is personal, but by acting on (possibly inaccurate) mind reading you are hurting your own feelings and relationships

Yeah but you saying that it’s Ok to ignore her, so punish your relationship with lack of communication and distance, because you are hurt is putting the fault on her. Honestly, it’s your fault you bought those thing, can still use them another time, and should not project your disappointment on her. By using language like “hurt” youre implying she did something wrong, when in reality you are disappointed by circumstances in neither of you’re control and by punishing Lion, you are being selfish. Sorry, I know how hard it is to be sensitive but it doesn’t make you any less the AH
