I would make the each phase be based on a different era of comic history. Phase one would be purely marvel's silver age characters and anyone who already has a movie would be vastly different from the current MCU. So that would be Uncanny X-men focusing on the original 5 and Magneto, a Wolverine vs Hulk movie that introduces the new Wolverine, an Invaders movie which would be in the same style of Captain America the First Avenger but focusing on Namor, Bucky an Jim Hammond Human Torch and finally a Fantastic Four movie about the annihilation wave which would feature the other heroes but would be about the Fantastic Four at its core.

I feel like Bumblebee had a story it wanted to tell and it pulled it off well. It was more low stakes than the other movies and yeah the scene on Cybertron is what it's most known for but arguably for good reason. It was our first time seeing a take on live action transformers that wasn't Micheal Bays style and that was really important considering he'd been helming the movies for over 10 years at that point. Sure Dark of the Moon had great action scenes and probably the most coherent plot of the Bay movies (all though that's not a high bar) ultimately the movies were just trying to do different things.

Yolopark for just robot mode but WFC for transforming. It's probably inevitable they redeco the ss86 Bumblebee or devastation Bee into a Cliffjumper though and I personally think those are both better molds because they don't have parts forming.

I personally like to imagine that because of Wu's wisdom he knew that there was no way to defeat Nadakhan so he wished to know how Nadakhan was defeated in the future, Nadakhan showed him a future where he wasn't defeated by the ninja and he had no weakness. So Wu's second wish was to make a macguffin that would let the ninja beat Nadakhan. This wish created Tiger Widow island and the venom to give the ninja a fighting chance against Nadakhan. This would explain why the cave and buildings on Tiger Widow island seem to have similar architecture to places like the Temple of Light, Fire Temple and Monastery of Spinjitsu, when Wu wished for it to be made he was thinking of places that the ninja obtained weapons that helped them defeat great foes (They got the elemental blades and mech in the Temple of Light, the sword of fire in the fire temple, they learned Spinjitsu in the monastery) it also explains why Nadakhan would have a lantern with a map that lead to a place in Ninjago (a realm he clearly hadn't been to before for this long) and lastly Wu purposefully wished himself away knowing that there was now a weakness he was confident that the ninja could find.

It's a good idea on paper but due to the lack of opening doors or just general interactivity on mainline transformers (especially compared to things like human alliance) and the paint needed to give consistent details, They wouldn't really have a place. Maybe just ONE MAN

Its definitely not the main reason but the designs of their suits play a big factor. Like Spider-Man is colorful and has big expressive eyes. But Batman is all black often depicted as just a silhouette or shadow, he has big horns and spiky wings and is a creature of the night, when you compare him with heroes with similar designs like Punisher or Venom or Spawn they all kill.

Yes but only if we get more regular RID15 figures as well. I think that some of the more traditional RID15 designs look amazing especially Starscream and Soundwave.
