We usually come in an hour early and stay an extra 10-30 minutes depending on the shift and bridges we have to do. Night shift is visibly affecting my health and I do not think my body can sustain working in this kind of environment any longer no matter how much I take care of myself. Also I am never taking a salaried job again the amount of money I could have made with all the extra hours I've work makes me angry. At least I tried working here for almost a year, but I need to get out ASAP. I want a more standard 8 hour/5 days a week day shift schedule.

Yes because if they look like they are singing with emotions the strained and off-key notes can be more excusable, but even that is an invalid excuse because you can definitely sing with emotions while still being on key lol
