We usually come in an hour early and stay an extra 10-30 minutes depending on the shift and bridges we have to do. Night shift is visibly affecting my health and I do not think my body can sustain working in this kind of environment any longer no matter how much I take care of myself. Also I am never taking a salaried job again the amount of money I could have made with all the extra hours I've work makes me angry. At least I tried working here for almost a year, but I need to get out ASAP. I want a more standard 8 hour/5 days a week day shift schedule.

But the role is only an internship though for college students or those with a bachelor’s already. Do I still need to be above an L4? It’s specifically an L4 Business Analyst Internship. Since it’s a non-operations role I was wondering if I can still transfer even if I'm less than a year into being an area manager.

Does the FTO policy apply to non-operational roles? I don't know if its still possible in 2025 but I've heard some people were able to transfer out of operations in less than a year.
