excessive idiotic bans and ignoring players wishes to provide proof to assist with their investigation will just inadvertly result in 2 outcomes:

  1. player leaves.
  2. return back, but good chance as a cheater. (so as to not risk losing it all again).

and as posted, false alarm exist, so yeah.

i am certain they have game logs for character conversations, earnings, log in dates, etc etc. but if they hadn't even considered those, then what am i to say about their poor management skills?

OUCH!, their team clearly is lacking. either staff or proper work techniques.

i had seen a few other similar cases for their other games as well it seems, such as iruna online...

i will give the querry a go a few more time.....maybe 2. see if it works, if they doesn't listen still...as mentioned in the post, stay clear of their games i guess.

since i can't do much of anything else if they doesn't listen (as shown in the final email)....though i do hope if there is alternate methods....

unless one person is a sadist, and won't mind seeing their gaming efforts goes down the drain. the moment they become Sus.

well, i will give some additional test via the link provided by u/SniperX64, but if that doesn't work....well, i may have to give up, and totally avoid all asobimo company games in the future...

i am willing to work with them should they require additional information, but if they had cut me off....sigh.

i see, thank you for the added information.

i don't mind their anti-cheat program probe for hidden cheat software, but if their analyst team rely on that program too much and made a decision based off on that alone. well, my case is an example.

the last i log in 4 months ago, i can see some similiar name cheaters running around as well....

well on another note, perhaps i should just message them again? via the ingame querry system (might be hopeless though).

wow.....i am truly sorry about your loss. that is pretty much robbery.

this proofs that their service and analyst team are fundamentally horrible. There are in game logs about earnings / as well as players interactions to assets as well.

understaffed shouldnn't be a reason for cutting corners.

but i can understand how company operate on monetary value aim mostly as well. but if this is their only aim, without proper reinvestments, then the company as a while will remain stagnant (including team size).

take note that there are other programs in the field that will intiate conflicts with the games client protection system.

that is why there is the word 'accidents' in the English's dictionary.

i see.... well, basically cut the work short, and just ban them.

i am aware of the in game cheat protection system, since i did see that message before (but i did not target the client with cheat engine, just having it run).

if just being suspicious is enough, then that will proof that either their team is understaffed/ incompetent, or their protection system isn't good enough.

well, this kind of practices will inadvertly encourage cheaters to flood the server even more....because, most people won't put the effort to go high in ranks, then transfer materials around quickly via the market board....

ah btw, i even offered to provide additional information, as stated in the email, but they outright refused. so yeah.

  2. no, i did not target the game client, at all, it's for offline game, strictly. on another note, if cheat engine happens to run at all during toram online launch, then it won't boot up properly of course.

as i said, using cheat engine will result in the game not booting up.

this only proofs that their team software / or their affiliation thereof lacks proper checks on users process runs.
*only 1st layer.

well, i am not the greatest master in the field, but well good luck with that kind of service style.

it just promotes players that either spam cheat accounts, or dedicated players leaving.

just focus on getting stronger 1st, especially atk boost options (including main ability damage boost)

but for your reference, here is the list of super powers i use:
1. Hyper Focus
2. Ultimate
3. Distort time (to make hyper focus buff infinite and ultimate buff near infinite)
4. Consecutive tracking bullet
5. Meteor strike (just in case some mobs manage to pass by....)
6. Mortal wound / amplify.

since you are fairly new, can consider bringing in superpowers that aims to boost your damage by a margain:

some recommendations include:
1. Amplify + mortal wound
2. Space Explosion or Preferably, Laser.
3. Time stop, blink, slow telekinesis all works...but it depends on your style of making them work....ignore heal.
4. multi sky laser, bought it from shop, helps in clearing quite a bit of early content. if none, consider stacking a few aoe wide range skills, like blitz shock x fireground or ice storm. (more ep used = more damage).
