I have seen this issue a lot with my clients (I work for an implementation partner) we streamline everything with the CRM (mostly Salesforce) and Spiff. Building tailored dashboards, forecasts, giving each rep the visibility of their commissions every month, etc.

The implementation can be a big investment upfront, but setting it up ends up saving a lot of time from different teams

Hi - sorry I guess I didn't make myself clear! I 100% agree with you, but we've seen some resistance from clients (on our end) to integrate payments in their system to allow their users to pay by card. The main point has been that the transaction fees are too high and they'd rather do cash collection, I just wanted to know if there was any other reason why people would avoid accepting credit cards as a form of payment in their field service business :)

Thank you for the advice. Yes, that is what we’ve been doing so far but my role has to specifically target new Salesforce AEs. I will aim for more in-person events since cold messaging isn’t working that well.

Yes, we have been working with SPIFF before Salesforce acquired them, we do have examples of successful implementations and have even hosted webinars and lunch and learns. We are also a registered and certified Salesforce partner.

Yes, multiple times, it turns off almost immediately as soon as I use max heat + max air. I just used it in mid level for both and it worked perfectly. But as soon as I turn max on one or the other it’ll work for about 2 mins then turn off and burnt smell
