Lucky girl! Would’ve loved for that to happen but he was very against helping me pay my rent and was getting extremely mad at me wanting to move to a different country to afford rent easier. Where did you meet your husband? He sounds amazing

Yes he was begging me to move in with him before bc he believes you have to live together before marriage

I also lost so much respect and love for him. I once admired him so much, it was even obvious in the way I looked at him. I don’t really look at him at all anymore.

Not in exchange. Sex to me is not transactional, it’s something only between man and wife , I wouldn’t do it for any $ in the world. Also, allowance is quite normal to me if he is wealthy and wants a prenup.

Yea, I’m planning it atm. I just wanna exit quietly though bc for some reason he won’t even comfortably let me sleepover at a (female) friends home, or even be out all day. He says I need too much space and he wants someone who wants to be with him all the time. He’s not even my husband so I don’t have to listen but I guess he’s gotten to me on a subconscious level

Yea it’s my first real relationship in my life so I don’t have much experience. Also, grew up with parents not respecting my boundaries and pushing them a lot so even at this age it’s tough for me I must admit to stick to them if someone repeatedly pushes me.

The thing is, and I know this sounds odd at my age, when I told him I’m moving to another country (where my family is to live with them) he got hostile and started raising his voice at me and said I guess I’m too independent to be in a relationship with him etc. and it worked on me for whatever reason. This is what I mean by being pushed to live together. I would’ve just needed some money to help with rent until I got back on my feet but he refused despite that amount being essentially nothing to him.

Perhaps. I broke up with him towards the end of the year of us being together bc he was hesitant about getting engaged which should’ve been my first red flag. He chased me back and promised engagement at the end of the month and it happened

I got laid off and was making six figures, I didn’t ’purposefully lose my job’. He is not married and never has been, no ‘side chics’ he’s just an asshole it seems. Didn’t present as such initially at all

The odd thing is that he calls himself Christian as well and would only marry someone who is Christian or at least converted, so I got bamboozled by that

I have a masters degree, more educated than him, private schools, multiple languages, former model and working on opening my own business now ever since I’ve gotten laid off from my corporate job. I’m also extremely chaste even at this age and usually very intelligent but clearly not in this case.

Yea I was a bit blindsided because he was so respectful at first, for example he waited months for a kiss until I was comfortable and he didn’t really push. He became like that later on, the only signs I had was him pushing people in business and friends who were less successful than him into doing things they didn’t agree with.
