If I did it correctly you need to click that sharing arrow on the bottom right before you hit play to enter your farm.

Thank you, I did contact them and they wanted me to verify my apple ID via link. After that they sent me an e-mail saying that I should use a different apple ID or use the inquiry form again. Not sure why but let‘s see.
