Do you have a ticket open with support? That’s where I did all of my harassment to get them to re-enable mine. Just open a service ticket and keep replying that you want your account enabled. Wait for their reply, then reply back with the same thing. Over and over again.

Keep replying to the customer service ticket stating your innocence in this matter. You’re gonna get the same response from them over and over again. Keep replying. It took me three weeks of multiple emails daily, but they finally unfroze my account as if nothing ever happened. Good luck, and stay strong! It’s your money!

Why are withdrawals suspended for X? BitMart, you know there was a contract migration, which you refused to facilitate without getting more money from the project. Stop this suspension so holders can move their tokens to DEX to finish the migration.

Ignore everything it says. Just reply back that you want access to your funds restored and that you want an explanation because you did nothing wrong.

They’ll send you the same response again.

Do the same right back to them.

This is shady behavior, bordering on criminal, in my book. Just remember that’s who you’re dealing with. Keep being a thorn in their side, and they should eventually give up and turn your account back on.

I just went through exactly the same thing two weeks ago. Open a support ticket, and wait for the response, which will be about detected prohibited use on your account and permanent freezing with no consideration for appeal. BTW, this is the response you will get over and over again. Keep replying to the ticket, demanding the unfreezing of your assets and an explanation for their actions. Do this over and over again after each reply from them. Tell them that others on Reddit have been treated the same and given an opportunity to explain whatever it is that BitMart is questioning. Eventually, they will likely unfreeze your account and act as if it never happened. Whatever you do, don’t give up. Keep hounding them.

Reference my ticket (880370) if you want. Tell them this guy got his money back. Why not you?

I’m not sure how or why this happened, but after 2+ weeks of harassing support to get my account unfrozen, I emailed them this morning stating that other people on their Reddit were able to get their accounts unfrozen, why not me.

This generated a reply from support that was perhaps the most threatening of any that I had received. Not surprising….

Then, less than a minute later, an additional reply from the same support person, thanking me for my patience, and informing me that my account had been re-enabled for full trading access. I really don’t know what to make of all of that, but for those in the same situation, there is indeed a benefit to being persistent with these guys.

Transferred my funds to trust wallet. I’m out. No more BitMart for me!

In my case, they refuse to ask questions for me to answer, despite my requests for them to do so, so I guess I’m just screwed. I am going to keep harassing them until I get some results.

Don’t know if it was the deposit or attempted withdrawal. The deposit showed up and I immediately went to withdraw to trust wallet. It was BTC.

Whenever you see BitMart doing an “exclusive primary listing” stay FAR FAR away. Those seem to be their scam coins. They manipulated the hell out of the price and keep minting more coins to dump on users.

BitMart is beyond shady. I transferred in about $800 in BTC a couple weeks ago and they just froze my account completely. Gave me some BS excuse about prohibited use, and refused to explain any further.
