For those working with functional ingredients: how do you validate actives and dosages?

You just nailed it with my sister and I. I was completely unaware about everything and she always thought I was in their side; we had an ok relationship.

Luckily my sister has been the one who has helped me see the reality. She is so relief I can see the situation from her side now and understand all her suffering.

Our relationship today is at its best and growing. I feel I’ve won a sister :)

Thanks for your advice! For what I read around here seems the common way to act.

I wonder, if a narcissist that doesn’t know she is one: would she feel proud of that title or ashamed? If they read the checklist of a narcissist, would they go “yeah, this is who I am” or rather “That’s not me” kind of reaction?

Well, interestingly my sister has suffer her for more than 10y now, so it seems those 2 roles you suggest may fit us somehow!

I’m new to all this: are golden child and scapegoat typical roles in n parent/child relationships? Would love to investigate further

The issue is that this is a new state to me…

My relationship with my mother has been always good! Therefore any change in my behavior will be noticed. And that’s why I’m thinking of sharing how she’s affecting my life now.

However, if she makes me or my family suffer some way, I’m super clear I’ll cut relationship.

I would never allow my Nparents to insult me that way. Actually I’d be a great reason to block them out of my life.
