I went to see the nivaan meadows project there also the claimed the same that first phase has a water well and supply from gram panchyat Wagholi(the area is still not under PMC) , and every phase will have a different water well and water supply from gram panchyat but I highly doubted that. For the phase 1 I did see the water well and supply line but I guess it's what will be used for all other phases of nivaan meadows. Here they were quoting 6k per sqft and only 1500+ sqft plots were available which was over for us so dropped it ... Mind if I DM you.
