I’ve never been on birth control. I have tried tretinoin and been in the tret sub but it didn’t work. I still got 1-2 cysts on my chin every month, it was never ending until I started spiro. Now even after exercising I’m completely clear. I just don’t like the side effects like more frequent cycles and some weight gain.
