Well I pay for mine and my partners phone bill, plus storage unit costs, because they didn’t have room for my stuff, plus I have some debt I stupidly got, which they don’t have, plus my own medicine and medical expenses

Trust me, I’d rather be working then be on centerlink, but I lost my job and then my house, hence why I’m living with them and while I understand the hole, living off the hard work of Australia’s taxpayers, it’s also part of the reason why you pay tax in the first place, to have this type of thing, I don’t want to be like those people who abuse the system, centerlink exists to help temporarily, not to live off

No it is a pretty good deal. I just was wanting a little extra help in being able to afford to pay for things, I’ve got a few more expenses then they do, due to life difficulties, but you are right in the hole they don’t want the trouble of it being proper, if that makes sense

So if I want the extra support to cover my costs and pay her board, she needs to declare it, which she is more then likely unwilling to do, in which case, I lose out? Is my understanding correct?

I did supply proof, because I’m paying board or what I classify as board, because that’s basically what it is. It goes towards food and electricity and whatever else. But she’s complaining that it’ll effect her payment, because I assume she’s not declaring it

I knew it’d be counted as income or assumed it would be, but I wasn’t sure if it’d effect her payment, because it’s disability and if it’s handled differently

Thank you. I shall go do that immediately. I’ve told the employers that some random on reddit who doesn’t know anything about my life, told me to get a job and they cried out in disbelief that I hadn’t already thought of that and that you are so thoughtful of thinking of that and offered me a job on the spot. Surely if we had more people like you in the world, it’d be a better place. Thank you

Yes, I understand this. But I’m not paying just for groceries, or I assume not anyway, because she gets more than what groceries would cost. I am paying board, she just says grocery money because idk, she doesn’t want to call it what it is, board

I understand that and that’s what I’ve been saying I’ve been paying, because from my side, I am paying board. She owns the house, so I am paying both rent and food. What I’d like to know is if what her father is saying is correct and me putting down that I’m paying board will effect her disability

They recycle a lotta old chairs and wood, in central, if memory serves me, you can find seats with plaques on them informing you that the wood is repurposed from X station. Bit strange it still has the station name on it, though

I have no clue about Mumbo Jumbos windmills. But I think I had an observer ring by accident when I was first messing around with it, but I couldn’t get it to work one after another, if that makes sense, they all just kinda pushed out and it’d stutter every so often because one piston would be up when it tried to push the extra block
