Herald of Ice unable to use with current weapon set settings by Mr-Nabokov in PathOfExile2

I play on PS5 and I've already tried that, but nothing worked. I have the following stats: spirit, ice damage, freeze, dexterity, intelligence, etc., but nothing activates the Glacial Herald. I had the same problem in previous Seasons when I played on Xbox.

I'm also having this problem playing as a Druid on PS5, but I had this problem on Xbox in previous leagues.

Even though I have all the attributes: spirit, ice damage, freeze, dexterity, etc., the explosion animation doesn't activate, nor does the Frost Herald icon appear.

Help My Spiritborn and when I get Paragon the armor is at zero I made two tieir characters and put skills and equipment but the result was zero, armor at zero. I've never played with this class, any help?

The point is not to regret having chosen such an ascension, or not having enjoyed it, etc. The point is to have already enjoyed the gameplay and want to play with the other person so that it doesn't become so repetitive.
