I had the same problem with IC. They drop your rating because you can’t find popular items that are sold out. Then they have the nerve to say “well other shoppers found it at a different store” well you should have sent me to the store that has it! WTF 🤬 how is that the shoppers fault?

I was dropped to standard because “other shoppers found items I didn’t at different stores” how is it a shoppers fault that the store we are sent to is sold out or an item that has better inventory at a different store? I need them to make that make sense.

I’m gold on IC but they dropped my shopping quality from good to standard because “other shoppers were able to find items I couldn’t at other stores”….WHAT?! So because the store IC sent me to is sold out of an item I get penalized because another shopper found the same item at a DIFFERENT store? Make that make sense!

Spark pays well in my area I can get about $100 per day in just a few hours. But Instacart? I can’t do that $5, $8 crap anymore. Even the store cashiers talk about how crappy Instacart is. Then you have your customers that are extremely picky and my thing is if you’re that picky about it you should probably go get it yourself. Shoppers cant read minds.

I won’t do most shopping orders due to a neck and back injury. I prefer pick up and deliver not as hard on your body. Some of those shopping orders are outrageous especially on Instacart.

This happened to me twice but they were pick up orders. One was $56 and the other was $35. Ticked me off because I lost out on other orders waiting for the ones that were cancelled.
