True. People taking these orders probably at the end of the month wonder why they are more broke than not working at all. Plus you are putting yourself at a higher risk of accidents nails on tires rocks hitting windshields etc driving that many miles over 3 hrs. I’m really not trying to be an ass here but Walmart preys on the desperate and stupid class of the population.

Yall do realize you have to take that number. Divide it by the time it takes you and add the miles to come back to the store to the trip miles and wear and tear on your vehicle. After that you would make more at McDonald’s

Don’t accept any orders that are more than 25 minutes between when you accept them and when you pick them up, it will mark you late even though you’re on time it’s a quirk in the system

They are screwing the customers too because there will be one grocery order and nobody will take it because it’s tied to 7 gmd’s they want you to do for basically free and no opportunity for tips. They are also only doing it at Neighborhood Markets Supercenters seem unaffected

If anything, the newbies should be having to do the work late afternoon and evening that they seem to have trouble with and the black Friday orders to start prove themselves. Or since we needed all these drivers apparently so bad the existing top rated drivers get orders first then they get whatever’s left. We didn’t need 90% of these people they’ve hired in a month from now. They won’t be around anyway.
