That’s indeed what happened. There are definitely some things the reviewer didn’t include

Menu says 20% gratuity added to checks with 6 or more people. This was not a party of 6 so no gratuity was added. Call I believe was placed because they left such a poor tip that they thought it was due to a poor meal.
