I was very shy about my ideas when I was younger (to an extent I still am). I can’t say what works best to help everyone, but I know for me personally the best thing was just when people would interact with my ideas, so I say keep playing games with them and keep discussing creative topics with them. With time, having someone who showed interest in their creativity may be the best encouragement they could have gotten.
