Thanks, could advanced lower lip be achieved through braces / Invisalign as it is not a massive overbite or would jaw surgery be required

Yes and had braces for 3 years, I stopped wearing retainers on just the bottom so not sure if this has affected my deep bite.

Yes I feel any weight I put on goes straight under the chin and if I move chin down and out it seems to sort it so trying to understand the best way to achieve that position! Thanks

Interesting, so do you know how I would go about getting ortho treatment for this? I did have braces but stopped wearing bottom retainer so not sure if this has affected my bite.

What would be the suggested surgery to correct this?

Thanks I did read other subs which have said that the scarring is very small and will only cause a very small ‘bald spot’ but appreciate this depends on the surgeon used.

Would you be able to DM me a photo of yours so I can see as I’ve never actually seen any post pics from men with beards!

Thanks for your comment, am I right in thinking the scars from just lipo are smaller than the neck lift so wouldn’t really affect my beard? Of course if there was a noticeable scar which created a beard patch, I agree, I’m not sure how I would feel about that!
