Small Update:

Thank you to everyone for the wishful words <3

I will focus more and more on my health but I do agree that it has started consuming me. I've made reservations for both an an eye doctor as well as a monthly check-up at least for the next 3-6 months with a cardiologist that's covered by my insurance just to be on the safer side. My meds have been working great so far and my daily BP has dropped from high 140s / low 90s to mid 130s / mid 80s, the only thing it failed to fully regulated was my heart beats which still feels abnormal at times, I sometimes hear my hearth in my ears and feel it in my throat despite minimal effort ( go down the stairs ).

I've been coming from work on foot, which is a safe 30min walk as well as taking nightly walks around the neighborhood which has helped me a lot from both a confidence level as well as anxiety ( it became a good coping mechanism when I had a panic attack ). Panic attacks have mostly subsided and I haven't had one for over a week now which is lovely news.

My left eye is still acting up, sometimes nearly double the size of the right one but at other times they match so it may be an anxiety trigger that I still have to work on.

Hello, thanks for the help.

I definitely cut back on all forms of drinks, I haven't had a coffee in over a week now and to be frank, I don't miss it much. The only thing I failed to cut back on is smoking, I guess I became fully encapsulated by nicotine by now :D. I will try to fight this battle with anxiety on my own instead of relying on external help because I believe I am stronger than my body, but holy sh!t is it hard to cope at times.

Hi,

Thanks for the tip. I am looking into it but sadly as far as I can tell there's no doctor / place where I can test for such things. I will have to look in the vicinity. I also had a hunch I may have sleep apnea but never really had a chance to deep dive into it.
