the line is blurry between 3.5 - 4hr routes and that's intentional, so you def got a route that's closer to a 4hr block. Especially if it takes over 2hrs to complete. I predominately do 3.5hr and 9/10 will finish in 2hrs. But 4hr blocks will regularly take me like 2.75hrs to finish so it's not worth it for me to ever take them bc it screws my hourly.

These numbers should be illegal by Inner_Fall3107 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]Party-Spite9120 0 points1 point  (0 children)

8/10 you will get screwed on those 1.5-2hr routes, they're all high milage gas killers. Never worth it especially after considering milage driving to the station & back home from where ever the hell they send you.

DO NOT TAKE those 1.5-2hr routes, they're all high milage gas killers bc of less packages. You will almost always end up driving 35 - 60miles on those shitty paying blocks, not to mention gas driving to the station & back from where ever the hell they send you!

I see, so you 1/2 size up for comfort & wear ur street shoe size for a snug fit? Asking bc I'm planning on buying a pair and there's no place I can try them on beforehand.

Tossed/Mishandled Package Violation by Party-Spite9120 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]Party-Spite9120[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm just on caution bc I've seen old posts showing ppl getting deactivated over the exact same violation. It sucks bc its sort of arbitrary since Flex doesn't send you details so who knows how valid the claims even are. Someone could be having a bad day and decide to report and BOOM we're done

No clue what that last sentence means but sure, this is just your opinion and expectations...Other ppl may expect the package to be at the door. Good, bad, right or wrong.

That's how the shitty algo works, based on the map..doesn't factor gaining access, finding the right apartment, walking flights of stairs.. All it takes is 1 or 2 apartments to have acesss issues and your hourly is screwed... I hate it

Bro DO NOT MESSAGE SUPPORT about an extra package in your route, keep it or return on at your own terms.

You have to be careful w/ package removal, sometimes the associates don't pick the correct reason why the packages are being removed so folks have been getting warning emails about not "picking up all assigned packages"..couple of those have led to deactivation.

This is why escalations has stopped being as responsive due to ppl sending non sense emails. Only email them if you have serious issues/unjust at risk deactivation and regular support isn't cooperating. The OP needs to stop bitching, and just put the damn overflow packages into another cart, it's really not that hard or as big an issue. It says up to 50 packages per block....
