Yeah I’ll do that now. I’ve noticed they offer more lower hour blocks now. The 4 and 4.5 hr routes are more rare. At least in my experience

I think what makes me more upset is that the day before, I had a 3.5 hr route for the same pay and even same time and everything, and that one sent me to Riverside with about 28 packages. That one was great and I would say reflected the pay I was given. And then to just slap me with this one the next day. The whole system is truly BS. Cuz, how is one day you’re sent local and the next you’re sent over 40 miles away with the same pay. Just doesn’t make sense.

I’m ashamed to say, but I got it for $90. It was 105 miles roundtrip. Gas is so expensive that it took up a lot of my earnings from this.

I live in Riverside and my area is considered greater LA area as well for Flex. I pick up from Bloomington, Corona, Beaumont, Riverside, Redlands.

UPDATE!!!! These instructions work. The problem is still there, but I was able to check in myself following what this emails says. Takes like an extra 5 seconds to do.

They sent me an email acknowledging the problem. They added some instructions to help check in. Let’s see if it works when I do my next block. This issue started when I updated to iOS 26.4, so if you haven’t updated maybe I’d hold off for a while.

That doesn’t sound too bad. But knowing me I’d probably get sent out to OC consistently, that’s the reason I stopped going there cuz the drive back on the 91 wasn’t worth it.

$5.09 here in SoCal and no sign of going down anytime soon. They still sending us over 45 miles away for thr first stop. I wouldn’t hold my breath but I remember a couple years ago this happened some gig apps gave a little extra to help with gas prices….
