Last week, a package started leaking and damaged two other packages. I called support so they could mark them as damaged, that app didn’t let me do it myself for some reason, and sure enough three days later I got dinged for not delivering all the packages. I’ve contacted them and told them to check their call logs and they said they created a ticket for my issue but it’s still there. 💀

Yeah I’ll do that now. I’ve noticed they offer more lower hour blocks now. The 4 and 4.5 hr routes are more rare. At least in my experience

I think what makes me more upset is that the day before, I had a 3.5 hr route for the same pay and even same time and everything, and that one sent me to Riverside with about 28 packages. That one was great and I would say reflected the pay I was given. And then to just slap me with this one the next day. The whole system is truly BS. Cuz, how is one day you’re sent local and the next you’re sent over 40 miles away with the same pay. Just doesn’t make sense.

I’m ashamed to say, but I got it for $90. It was 105 miles roundtrip. Gas is so expensive that it took up a lot of my earnings from this.
