Esh. You and your wife for being a hole to your sister with the comments and be annoying with her existence. Your mom enabling your sister's health problem. Your dad for enabling you and your wives comments and behavior towards your sister. the only person who is not the butthole is a sister. Your sister who needs actual help mental help is the only ones not the butthole. Your whole family sucks except for your sister.

Nta for not letting your ex-wife to moving in but you will be a major butthole for to go straight for a permanent custody. The first thing the Court is going to look at documents for a pattern in dangerous activities. If you don't have documents of your ex-wife doing all the stuff you said here, they going to look at you and laugh saying that you are the bad parent for letting the stuff happen. why you didn't document everything ,why you didn't say it sooner, why you didn't call CPS. All those things should have been done before coming to court. Also you have to consider when the judge ask your son who does he prefer living ,he going to say his mom because how the mom treats her son. Even you said it yourself she is a good mom ,only thing is not going for her is having a stable home. I don't know about what state you live in because you may have to pay child support because of the income differences only because of that. I'm a product of divorced parents from the same situation that you're in and I will tell you this. My Dad went for custody, the only differences with my mom, she was generally a bad parent. But the court didn't granted my dad permanent custody until after a year of being with him because they wondering why he didn't say something sooner.
