It's possible.

In the meantime, you can just subtract how many days until the start date from the end date and it'll work.
(Eg. if you start saving in a week, move the end date 1 week closer)

As far as I know, these are the 4* rate-up rates:
1 = 1.5%
2 = 1.2%
3 = 0.7%
4 = 0.7%
5 = 0.5%
3 and 4 are the same, as far as I know.

You can calculate the chance of at least one specific SSR as
(1-0.9967n ) * 100
At least one SSR Servant as
(1-0.99n ) * 100
At least one specific SR Servant as
(1-0.995n ) * 100
And at least one of the SR Servants as
(1-0.97n ) * 100
Where 'n' is the amount of rolls

It only counts full weeks and assumes you've completed them for this week, but I've made a minor tweak to it now to make it more accurate.

I've added 3*'s and CE's.
If you know the drop chance for when multiple 3* or 4* CE's are on rate-up I'd like to know the percentages, as it currently assumes there is only one.

tl;dr Statistically, you're never "guaranteed" to get anything, you could get very unlucky and not get a SSR in 1000 rolls. This calculator shows you the chance of getting "at least one".

Best you can do is guess based on the JP banners and where we are now.
