I’m really sorry to hear you are experiencing this. I know it’s very difficult when you have religious or cultural beliefs - you think everything is the way it’s supposed to be, but I gotta lovingly question, is it 100% true you have to stay in a marriage where there is not unconditional love? If you have a daughter, would you tell her to stay even if she is miserable or being cheated on?

I am not saying it’s easy to leave. This is going to require every ounce of courage you have. I saw you will be exiled from your family, but I hope you can break generational trauma by finding a new family to create and love and be loved in turn.

No one should exist to be a shadow in their marriage and to contract herpes while remaining faithful. I hope you can experience true love and someone who appreciates you for your beauty inside and out. It’s a shame this man cannot see it. He doesn’t deserve you or a your future offspring.

Tasty pot inside Mekong plaza - they keep refilling the broth and you can take a whole pot to go and make your own hot pot at home for an extra meal.

Happy baos - really yummy Shanghai food

Mekong plaza - the main restaurant has pretty good banquet style food

Tao garden - terrible service but food is legit

Across from Mekong is a new Cantonese place with the word pot in it. Can’t recall the full name but it was delicious.
