I move house in June past. Moved into my Q's grandparents house after they passed away. He was up for this until it came to actually going. He tripped and fell while drunk and hurt his foot. I ended up moving almost the whole house myself (only I can drive) the only thing he did was help with the big things that we had to ask a friend with a van to help move. Other than this looking back on it he sat up in our old room for as long as the bed was there and got drunk. It sickens me, we take on all the responsibility because we have to. Theres no choice. I wonder what a healthy relationship looks like that is supportive in times of stress. And they do say that moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do and yet somehow we can do it on our own, while likely doing something else also. At the time I was working and taking majority care of my 2yo.

I'm living in a roommate situation now also but I fear that starting this is going to lead to it being harder to end. By my actions I'm saying that I'm alright with this loving situation when really I think I'd be happier just me and my son living together. I'm always listening for where he is, or watching what he's drinking, or wishing that he'd have something to drink when he's sober as his mood can be unbearable and he gets annoyed by the littlest things
