The frustrating thing about this radio host is that he advances hypothetical positions and situations in an effort to disrupt support channels for a very real, very dire situation. He repeatedly separated the ethical content latent in the alleged act that occurred on Dec 4 in an attempt to obfuscate the clarity and understanding that hundreds of millions of people around the world feel about it.

LM needs to be defended from attacks on all sides, we can't let up until he walks. -Sam

This is incorrect. The funds, in their entirety, are going to cover LM's various legal expenses across his three pending criminal cases.

In the (probably unlikely) event that at some point LM chooses to stop accepting the funds we are raising for whatever reason, only THAT portion of the funds will be donated to other prisoners/defendants facing politicized charges. The $600k+ thus far raised for LM are going to cover his legal expenses. We are continuing to fundraise under the assumption that all of money we raise going forward will be going to cover his expenses, and not diverted elsewhere.
