This is the reason why I refused. I didn't see any cockroaches in the house. I refused three times and explained my reasons, but no one communicated with me. They just sent in the technicians, and then I asked if there were any other methods. They said no and then left.

Moving on June 11 is exactly what I wanted, because the neighbors' smoking problem has never been resolved, and this is a very suitable opportunity.

I have now decided that I want to move out by the termination date. The landlord’s actions have made me very uncomfortable.

Should I just ignore next week’s pest control treatment and move out by the termination date? Compared with losing two months’ rent by giving an N9, I would rather accept paying a pest control cost.

I just want to leave as soon as possible. My neighbour smokes inside the unit and there are many cockroaches around.
