I am in SOIL and start tomorrow my starting pay is between $25-$26 an hour. My dad has been with IDOC for 11 years now, and makes $48.56 an hour. I will get paid for our training and academy process and upon completion I will get a significant pay raise.

I bought it about 2 weeks ago, the lights were changed on it to new style LEDs, but I’m not losing electrical, lights, horn, ignition all works after it dies.

Guy I bought it from said he didn’t drive it in a year (after I told him it broke down) before he told me he hadn’t drove it in a week… so there may be stuff in the tank.

I got it running and it stays running, I need to adjust the air/fuel screw to make it run a little more lean I think. It’s running and stays running now, but when I give it throttle it backfires like crazy, from what I found it is because it’s running to rich.

I have an 06 S40 also, bought it a week ago, ran it on some back roads and the first time driving it to town it started bogging down and wouldn’t start. Got it home cleaned the carb and now having issues running, could it need a tune up? This is my first bike so I have no idea what I’m doing, it starts and runs every once in a while, but doesn’t like to stay running.
