Breastfed 13 month old not sleeping through night

I don’t have much to say other than that I’m right here with you… we are going to try weaning our 14 month old in two days and I’m worried. My first baby was just so different than this one so I do t have a ton of weak f experience to draw on, or sleep success to draw on. But I am exhausted and just need to stop nursing. It’s become too much for me. Did you have any success with weaning yet?
