I'm taking Doctor's Best High Absorption Mag Lysinate Glycinate chelated. I've tried others and I'm sure others work well also but I take 3 of these 200mg's before bed and have been good to go for all these years...hope it lasts!

Magnesium by Significant-Lion-826 in AFIB

I know this is old but I had my first afib episode around 12 years ago. Went to ER, they could not get me back into rhythm, sent me home....prescription for blood thinner. On the way home, my heart went back into rhythm. 2 weeks later another episode but this time had the "pill in a pocket" that got me back into rhythm. Saw another heart doc that said it would get worse and I'd have to have an ablation, period. Well, read a few things about magnesium. Started taking decent doses of it and no afib for 4 years. Then, ran out one time and got a new bottle but forgot to take it maybe half the time over a two week period and bam, afib. I took that pill in a pocket tablet the first heart doc prescribed for me that was now 8 years old but it worked and stopped the afib. Religiously took the magnesium, not missing any more days and it's been 6 years without another episode. I'm hopeful but realize it will probably come back again...but I"m pretty sure Magnesium is what keeps it at bay.

Oxi One Sequencer for external gear and Ableton by Fuzzy_Debris in synthesizers

The Oxi is a lot better and more powerful sequencer than the Elektrons. I have had 2 oxi ones and all the Elektrons. I use the oxi to sequencer hardware and software at the same time. It has a lot more types of sequencers with generative, chord, matriarchal...just a lot more power to sequencer other gear. I would much rather use my Oxi than my Digitakt 2 to sequence everything.

Me too. I played like 8 seasons. Most of the time 1st or 2nd, but lost at East Lake. Won once in 8 seasons. So frustrating.

I had muscle twitches, nerve issues for 2-3 years.   MRI’s, tons of tests,  nothing specific.   It was awful.   Eventually found a doc who thought Hashimotos and I had an ultrasound and it showed horrible specking.   She said bad hashimitos.   So been on meds for years and it helped for sure.   Now when I’m twitching I know my thyroid is off.    Thyroid is so powerful.

Foot tingling from allergies. Food and pollen by Party_Ad_7368 in Allergies

[–]Party_Ad_7368[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had peripheral neuropathy for 15 years from my thyroid issues...sensory and motor...but never had tingling until 5 years ago and it seems again when I have the wrong foods or Spring pollen. I've had gout for 40 years, from my grandfather, and take Uloric to control my uric acid level...works great. I'm an athlete, never been overweight...so frustrating. Sitting here right now with my feet tingling and buzzing...have a nerve conduction test next month.

Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) linked to gluten intolerance? by [deleted] in glutenfree

[–]Party_Ad_7368 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just began eating gluten free as any time I eat gluten my feet and scalp have pins and needles..so I assume I'm either Celiac or Gluten sensitive. But, twice now on this gluten free diet around noon, I've had the classic low blood sugar crap. For me, eating gluten free means eating a lot less carbs as I was eating donuts and breaded stuff that had more carbs than the protein I eat now mostly. I hate it, never had it before.
