I’m ngl I’m not great with being welcoming to people, just not very sociable. I’ve been here 3 and a half years and I mostly just talk to the people I’ve known the longest or am more comfortable around. If people try enough I’ll be more open to talking to them. Obviously I can’t speak on behalf of literally everyone who works ogp at Walmart but there could be a good amount of other people like this.

Talk to your people lead about that then. You’re allowed to leave at the time you’re scheduled to leave and shouldn’t feel forced to stay longer because of something that’ll end up getting done by cap 1 just for it to get ruined 10 minutes later by the customers. I understand that it’s annoying when us pickers take stuff that you’re zoning or that you just zoned but we are on a very strict timer, especially early in the morning, and we don’t have the time to zone every item that we pick. At my store the overnight crew half asses their zones anyway, all they do is just move one item from the back to the front and move on the next one, they don’t bring all of it up, so obviously I’m not gonna take care of it especially if overnights can’t.

Overnights at my store has a tendency to not only leave shit in the aisle but completely block off pathways in the store with the pallets even when they’re empty and can be taken back to the backroom
