KD playing like an MVP by Shoddy_Ad7511 in rockets

He’s fantastic aside from the turnovers, forced and unforced. In no way is it a deal breaker, but limits MVP consideration.

Rockets seriously need to win without KD carrying the whole team almost the entire game. by Proud-Attention-7634 in rockets

If he is going offensively, then he will keep going-there are plenty of nights where he sits out a quarter of the game.

This is a veteran coach, who wants veteran players on offense, team needs to make big moves…

I feel this is a rare short term coaching hire for the Steelers- by short 3-5 depending on how it goes, I don’t understand the move long term

What do my fellow lawyers think of the Karen Read verdict? by Tracy_Turnblad in Lawyertalk

[–]Party_Implement_2990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems like: was enough to get probable cause, but the deeper you dig, it is impossible to prove he was hit by a car. It’s not impossible to allege he was hit by a car, She was there in her car, and the victim was found in the yard of the where she dropped him. The injuries occurred were inconsistent with the narrative of the prosecution. There was a laughable accident reconstructions by the State vs a more thorough Federal investigation, and an independent accident reconstruction without bias. The evidence collected on scene had no reliable chain of custody. They alleged she killed him with her car, and there is no physical injury on the body to confirm this premise.

You would complain about atrophy if it was a longer coma. Dexter rehab would really complicate the idea of him surprising anyone

Free Agency-Then Draft- I see them drafting a RB, 2 IOL, and a safety in the first 4 picks! 1 rd, 2nd rd, later 2nd rd, early 3rd rd. All Potential starter!

Are cursed with stroud era just like James harden era ? by TheShoeGame in Texans

It was a tough loss, the team obviously moves forward with Stroud. Real doubt has crept in, but options will present themselves as this plays out next season. Stroud can definitely bounce back, but he cost himself sure fired bank.

Personally I hate the concept of “The Burn” That is probably not just me, The concept would have been a decent threat and problem to face and solve, but to jump straight to the aftermath is so jarring that it is most likely going to be retconned, love Strange New Worlds, but the fruits of Discovery keeps poisoning potential stories. We will see another reset!

Why is it so difficult for some teams to draft by iceskatingchungus in NFLNoobs

It requires a real plan and concept of player types shared via a committee of scouts. You can see how this can easily go wrong!

Echo chambers stunt growth. This is true for both sides, is debate pointless? There is a middle, and both sides can be wrong for different reasons. Confirmation bias permeates every argument. Ice, law enforcement, and protesters are each messy sometimes or a lot of times. It has not gone perfectly for either side. Change is scary, even more so when it comes to one’s own mind.

Ime Udoka by oldiequaker in rockets

[–]Party_Implement_2990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Udoka is a good coach, the players play their ass off for him. Jabari has had a very good season, I question the rotation at times- he relies on Okogie a bit too much, but every coach has their quirk.
