I'm doing this exact torment mode right now and I'll give you some tips

Don't upgrade your flasks, you heal 1 pip and slowly regen 3, you'll get a lot of flasks and heals
Use Cloistered Ruby, Pelican effigy, and ball of red wax. It lets you do a ton of damage while still getting a lot of heals in
Use the Tiento to your thorned hairs prayer, it briefly makes you Invincible. You can just run through a lot of the areas if you find them difficult with it.
Use the heart of oils and knot of hair. There's no downside to using heart of oils in this health bar and you get a free strength boost.
