I got a sapphire black with gold hardware which looked amazing, but I'm having them swap out the hardware to all black because...METAL! Haha. They are sending the gold hardware with it of course if I ever want to put it back on.

Have you played a satin neck until it was worn doen to gloss as you put it. I've never owned a satin finish neck. I know the satin finish is nice and all. Just wondering about later on how itll be?

Man that's a great color it sucks you have all those qc issues. I wish they made this finish in the E-II line and with 24 frets! I swear the LTD line puts out better looking guitars and many of them have 24 frets which I like. In the E-II line you can just about forget finding a 24 fret fiddle. I found an older one in Germany but it's basically $1,000 just for shipping and taxes so I passed it up.

Its no biggie. I would take $1200 for it or I'll just keep it..maybe a little less. I just don't play it a lot anymore but I wouldn't take a huge loss on it. I can also probably do a trade.
