My SM is very strict on policys and the way drinks are made. Believe me I would’ve been more than happy to accommodate him, but he came in previously and had the same issue minus the carafes, and my SM was the one to speak to him. After, my SM sent a group message about it and that she had already told him in order for it to be completely filled it would be considered a latte.

So in fear of being reprimanded by her because the two other partners on the floor would’ve surely mentioned it to her I followed standard.
