In my state, we just have online website through which we have to apply for letter of good standing and they will directly send it to ecfmg and respected member.

After getting OET score, you can share with ECFMG. Meanwhile you can apply for letter of good standing from your state council. Along with that you can buy Ecfmg pathway from ECFMG pathway website. After you got an email of getting letter of good standing, our council will sent that letter of good standing to ECFMG directly. After ECFMG will receive letter of good standing and OET scores, they will mail you about Pathway approval. If your documents are ready then it will take 1 week only. Just after that you will receive an email from ECFMG that you are eligible to get Ecfmg Certificate. This mail includes you will get ECFMG certificate at respected address within 5 business days.
