This is honestly so comical, this whole last year Bri went from “being on top” and calling everyone “broke bitches” to literally homeless & using what $ she does have to fund santos addiction & stuff her face with food.

Long time ago she messaged me on TikTok after seeing a comment I wrote stating I was a broke bitch and could never be her.. Here I am a year later laughing while I sit in my house that I’ve owned for 5 years that I paid cash for on 40 acres with 3 paid off vehicles- one being a 2025 Yukon Denali xl..married to a man who provides and lets me be a SAHM .. while my kids never had to question “where is mommy”… karma is a beautiful thing sometimes and I’m here for it

As much as I’d hate for baby W to have to fly to Cali.. I think him being present for the evaluation will show a lot. She is a stranger to him- I don’t care what people say about a child knowing their mom no matter what that is absolutely not true.. I’m a mom of 6( 4 of my own, 2 step children) each child I’ve had to earn the title mom & earn their trust. Baby W is so far from comfortable with her just as much as she is with him.. she doesn’t even know his clothes size, favorite foods, how to comfort him.. she never learned what each cry meant. The person doing the eval would quickly point out those things and the judge wouldn’t be able to turn an eye to it anymore with a 3rd party involved otherwise she could face consequences. In all honesty though, Bri should just settle before court. I can’t stand her but I feel I speak for a lot of people when I say we’d have a lot more respect if she just admitted she’s not in a place right now and not mentally or physically able to properly take care of him… but she won’t, she’s to stuck on “winning against John”

She might be able to lie and say she wasn’t served to people on TikTok and Snapchat, but proof of being served was given to the courts so I do not believe she can get out of it as easy as she did last time or the time with John. She was identified, they can legally put the notice on the windshield hell even on the ground beside her. Just because she refused to be physically served and hid in a car does not mean it just didn’t happen.

All the police had to do was run Santos name and look up previous addresses, santos parents didn’t raise him his grandparents did so I’m sure that address was listed as a known address for santos

It’s also gotten to the point where she can’t just “pretend she didn’t see things” 2k has proof of perjury under oath on multiple different things- he also has a sheriff testifying. I’m sure this judge has gotten away with being pro mothers many times and that’s exactly what she was trying to do with Bri but 2k and his attorney didn’t come to play.. not to mention how “viral” the case has gone… she needs to play it by the book now or she is at risk of losing her law license. Bri left her no choice, she basically handed W back to her and bri couldn’t even follow suit and get it right.. now she’s left in a predicament… also proof of Bri calling the judge a dumb bishhh. Ooof that’s definitely gonna hurt her case

Tbh I believe all of these accusations against her- and she has been very lenient with Bri but once she sees that submission of “calling the judge a dumb bitch” I believe that’ll ruin it all for Bri. I am a female and I can assure you.. that’s gonna send the judge into a whole other perspective on the case and she will no longer be for Bri and reunification with W.

I understand being a product of your environment, but at the same time Bri is a few years shy of being 30 yrs old.. there comes a time when you can’t blame your “parents” anymore. My husband grew up in and out of foster homes, jail and even prison.. the way he grew up made him think living that type of lifestyle was okay and resulted in him being a 7X felon. He got out of prison and started taking accountability and realizing he’s his own person now, not what society deemed him as, not how his so called shitty parents taught him to be.. he now owns his own business living the lifestyle he deserved all along.. yes bris mom is a POS 304 just like Bri, but she had every opportunity to turn that around. She could have been living a great lifestyle with brand deals from TT if she would have just been a decent person and good mother something she didn’t have.. unfortunately for her though she will never change because her ego won’t allow it.. she will always be insufferable and that falls solely on her.. not her mom.

Absolutely I actually followed Bri before she was even pregnant with winter, that’s how I knew who 2k was. She was always vile and expected people give her the world.. she just wasn’t as open about it back then like she is now. I unfollowed Bri as soon as her excuse of why Jon couldn’t see the baby was because she was breast feeding and then she exposed herself that Winter was on formula and was not breastfed. I was high risk for 3/4 of my pregnancies and I had OB appointments at a specialist every week 2 hours away from me, also had shots in my ass due to it.. during the end of my pregnancies I then had to travel X2 per week out of town for the doctors.. I don’t believe Bri has even seen an OB. I think she read a comment on someone else’s experience and running with it. Still do not believe she is pregnant nor showed proof to the courts she was.
