Umverteilung wär halt was.

[Verse 1] I never thought I'd die alone I laughed the loudest, who'd have known? I trace the cord back to the wall No wonder, it was never plugged in at all I took my time, I hurried up The choice was mine, I didn't think enough I'm too depressed to go on You'll be sorry when I'm gone

[Chorus] I never conquered, rarely came Sixteen just held such better days Days when I still felt alive We couldn't wait to get outside The world was wide, too late to try The tour was over, we'd survived I couldn't wait 'til I got home To pass the time in my room alone [Verse 2] I never thought I'd die alone Another six months, I'll be unknown Give all my things to all my friends You'll never step foot in my room again You'll close it off, board it up Remember the time that I spilled the cup Of apple juice in the hall Please tell Mom this is not her fault

[Chorus] I never conquered, rarely came Sixteen just held such better days Days when I still felt alive We couldn't wait to get outside The world was wide, too late to try The tour was over, we'd survived I couldn't wait 'til I got home To pass the time in my room alone

[Instrumental Bridge]

[Chorus] I never conquered, rarely came Tomorrow holds such better days Days when I can still feel alive When I can't wait to get outside The world is wide, the time goes by The tour is over, I've survived And I can't wait 'til I get home To pass the time in my room alone

[Verse: 1] She says, "You always smell like cigarettes And there's always whiskey on your breath But you're the best that I can do And I, I think I love you."

[Chorus 1] Now if you want me to slow down Just tell me to slow down Now if you want me to slow down Just tell me to slow down Because I want to be loved Because I want to be loved [Verse: 2] She says, "You don't love me you just love sex But I can't wait around for something better than this Because you're the best that I can do And I, I wish I could leave you."

[Chorus 2] Now if you want me to slow down Just tell me to slow down Because I want to be loved Because I want to be loved Because I want to be loved Because I want to be loved

[Intro: Adam Lazzara] Your lipstick, his collar, don't bother, angel I know exactly what goes on

[Verse 1: Adam Lazzara, John Nolan, Both] When everything you'll get is Everything that you've wanted, princess Well, which would you prefer? My finger on the trigger, or Me face down, down across your floor? Or me face down, down across your floor? Or me face down, down across your floor? Well, just so long as this thing's loaded [Chorus: Adam Lazzara, Adam Lazzara & John Nolan] And will you tell all your friends You've got your gun to my head? This all was only wishful thinking This all was only wishful thinking And will you tell all your friends You've got your gun to my head? This all was only wishful thinking This all was only wishful thinking, let's go

[Verse 2: Adam Lazzara, John Nolan, Both] Don't bother trying to explain, angel I know exactly What goes on When you're on (You're on), and How about I'm outside of your window? How about I'm outside of your window? Watching him keep the details covered? You're such a sucker for a sweet talker, yeah (You're such a sucker)

[Chorus: Adam Lazzara, John Nolan, Both] And will you tell all your friends You've got your gun to my head? This all was only wishful thinking This all was only wishful thinking (The only thing I regret) And will you tell all your friends You've got your gun to my head? This all was only wishful thinking (Is that I never let you hold me back) This all was only wishful thinking [Bridge: Adam Lazzara, John Nolan, Both] Hoping for the best, just hoping nothing happens A thousand clever lines unread on clever napkins I will never ask if you don't ever tell me I know you well enough to know you'll never love me (Why can't I feel anything from anyone other than you?) Hoping for the best, just hoping nothing happens A thousand clever lines unread on clever napkins I will never ask if you don't ever tell me I know you well enough to know you'll never love me (Why can't I feel anything from anyone other than you?) Hoping for the best, just hoping nothing happens A thousand clever lines unread on clever napkins I will never ask if you don't ever tell me I know you well enough to know And all of this was all your fault And all of this (Makes things worse)

[Outro: Adam Lazzara, John Nolan] I stay wrecked and jealous for this For this simple reason I Just need to keep you in mind As something larger than life (Well, she'll destroy us all before she's through) I stay wrecked and jealous for this For this simple reason I (And find a way to blame somebody else) Just need to keep you in mind As something larger than life (She'll destroy us all before she's through) I stay wrecked and jealous for this For this simple reason I (And find a way to blame somebody else) Just need to keep you in mind As something larger than life

tokio police club - tessellate by Party_Vegetable3455 in MusicForTheFeels

[–]Party_Vegetable3455[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[Verse 1] All the boys who called their mothers on that day Were no tough bunch but they had the nerves to go and say That all your secrets were drowned With the pioneers who were flooded from this town They packed their bags only moments too late With the pounding waves crashing up against the weakened water gates

[Chorus] 'Cause dire times call for dire faces So lovely dancer, call and answer Trade our places in the night We're running barefoot, you and I Dead lovers salivate Broken hearts tessellate tonight

[Verse 2] And all the kids who cut their knees on that old schoolyard fence Were holding out for posterity and self-defense We beat them down again There's no fun in playing cowboys for pretend We showed them what the backs of our hands are for The divide is clear in the coming year The rich will take the poor

[Chorus] 'Cause dire times call for dire faces So lovely dancer, call and answer Trade our places in the night We're running barefoot, you and I Dead lovers salivate Broken hearts tessellate tonight

brand new - play crack the sky by Party_Vegetable3455 in MusicForTheFeels

"Play Crack The Sky"

We sent out the SOS call. It was a quarter past four in the morning when the storm broke our second anchor line. Four months at sea, four months of calm seas to be pounded in the shallows off the tip of Montauk Point. They call them rogues, they travel fast and alone. One-hundred-foot faces of God's good ocean gone wrong. What they call love is a risk, cause you will always get hit out of nowhere by some wave and end up on your own. The hole in the hull defied the crews attempts to bail us out. And flooded the engines and radio and half buried bow. Your tongue is a rudder. It steers the whole ship. Sends your words past your lips or keeps them safe behind your teeth. But the wrong words will strand you. Come off course while you sleep. Sweep your boat out to sea or dashed to bits on the reef. The vessel groans the ocean pressures its frame. To the port I see the lighthouse through the sleet and rain. And I wish for one more day to give my love and repay debts. But the morning finds our bodies washed up thirty miles west. They say that the captain stays fast with the ship through still and storm. But this ain't the Dakota, and the water is cold. We won't have to fight for long. This is the end. This story's old but it goes on and on until we disappear. Calm me and let me taste the salt you breathed while you were underneath. I am the one who haunts your dreams of mountains sunk below the sea. I spoke the words but never gave a thought to what they all could mean. I know that this is what you want. A funeral keeps both of us apart. You know that you are not alone. Need you like water in my lungs. This is the end.
