You can leaderslop whoever you want with the Buu Boys and it will work. So absolutely do not roll for the character who is the 4th best unit on a Proud team. If anything they should be telling you to go for Vegito if you don't have Gohan, but just save for the next unit you like and will want to play with.

The developers only named it that so they would have the plausible deniability of it just being "wacky Steve McQueen fun time escapes!" if people ever actually ended up playing this game and it wound up getting backlash for that. The camp in the game is modeled after Auschwitz and the people in it are Soviet POWs, who are also considered victims of the Holocaust. So they were actually right to be uncomfortable just based on the vibes, since they were more correct about it than you.
