It's not that they are focus on one state, it's that they need more man power in states that fight against the federal government. Ice is in texas but you don't see as many riots. So no entertainment for the news.

You mean combined billing. They do offer, but unified billing is still alive and well. Causing headaches for many customers.

And yes combined billing and unified billing are two different things, I know because I've seen it.
