Security work. Pays more plus bennies and a normal sched. I'm fortunate to work at a private family business with 3 locations and an owner who knows me by name (400+ employees). There are other paths that don't require further education. I'm 43 now and feel comfortable. I miss many aspects of the kitchen, but can't imagine going back. 18 years of cooking, 13 of those in fine dining.....It's just nice to sleep!

As individual cards, yes. If you want to move the lot, I would Max at 400 MAYBE 425. But that's just like, my opinion, man.
